Lemberg Trademark Red Caviar products are sourced from various wild salmon species in the Northwest Pacific Ocean. Harvested raw caviar is directly delivered to Lemberg's processing facilities from the pristine, environmentally untainted fishing regions of Alaska, USA, and Canada.
Regarding Sturgeon Caviar, due to the prohibition of sturgeon species fishing in their natural habitats, Lemberg primarily sources its sturgeon caviar from European sturgeon farms. Caviar harvested in these modern aquaculture facilities maintains the same quality and taste as that from freshwater sturgeon. The Siberian (Acipenser Baerii) and Russian (Acipenser gueldenstaedtii) sturgeon species are bred in these aquaculture facilities. The American sturgeon is the only sturgeon species allowed for natural habitat fishing. This caviar is provided to Lemberg Caviar House from the Mississippi River region in the USA.

For frozen products: delivery takes 2–3 business days after payment.

We cannot accept returns of our products due to health and safety measures. However, we may accept the return of unused and unopened products under certain circumstances, provided that you return the items in their original packaging (thermo boxes and ice packs) or similar adequate packaging.
IMPORTANT: Any returns must be reported and agreed upon with our Customer Services team before sending the items back. We will carefully consider each case individually.

Considering that our caviar is vacuum-packed under strict food safety conditions and naturally preserved in most cases, and is typically delivered within 5 days of dispatch, the worst thing that might happen is that the expiry date may be reduced by a couple of weeks.
Our products are guaranteed to be fresh. They are stored and processed under strict health and food safety requirements. Each order is packed inside a cold room using polystyrene/thermo packaging and ice gel packs to provide an adequate transportation environment for up to 5 days (subject to outside temperature, weather, etc.). In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, please take photos of the damaged packaging and products and send them to our Customer Services email at info@lemberg-kaviar.pl.
We will evaluate the damage and contact you with a resolution. Photo evidence is very important to us and will ensure that prompt and appropriate action is taken to resolve the matter to your satisfaction.
