Shipping Area

We currently ship across Poland only.

Minimum Order & Shipping Cost

  • The store delivers orders within the territory of Poland using the following delivery methods:

    • DPD courier – delivery cost: 15.99 PLN

    • InPost parcel lockers – delivery cost: 11.99 PLN

    For orders with a total value of 300.00 PLN gross or more, delivery is free of charge (free shipping).

    The available delivery methods and their costs are displayed during the checkout process, before the order is finally confirmed.

Delivery Options

1. InPost 24/7 Locker Pickup

  • Delivery time: 1–2 business days for chilled caviar, 2–3 business days for frozen products.

  • Orders placed before 11:00 are shipped the same business day.

  • Orders placed after 11:00 are shipped on the next business day.

  • Orders placed from Friday 11:00 until Monday 11:00 will be shipped on Monday.

2. DPD Courier

  • Delivery time: 1–2 business days for chilled caviar, 2–3 business days for frozen products.

  • Orders placed before 11:00 are shipped the same business day.

  • Orders placed after 11:00 are shipped on the next business day.

  • Orders placed from Thursday 11:00 until Monday 11:00 will be shipped on Monday.

Packaging & Temperature Control

All products are packaged in insulated boxes with cooling elements to maintain appropriate temperature during transit. Frozen items are handled with deep-freeze shipping protocols.

Order Processing

  • We ship orders Monday through Friday, excluding national holidays.

  • Orders are processed only after payment is confirmed.
