Delivery time: 1–2 business days for chilled caviar, 2–3 business days for frozen products.
Orders placed before 11:00 are shipped the same business day.
Orders placed after 11:00 are shipped on the next business day.
Orders placed from Friday 11:00 until Monday 11:00 will be shipped on Monday.
2. DPD Courier
Delivery time: 1–2 business days for chilled caviar, 2–3 business days for frozen products.
Orders placed before 11:00 are shipped the same business day.
Orders placed after 11:00 are shipped on the next business day.
Orders placed from Thursday 11:00 until Monday 11:00 will be shipped on Monday.
All products are packaged in insulated boxes with cooling elements to maintain appropriate temperature during transit. Frozen items are handled with deep-freeze shipping protocols.
We ship orders Monday through Friday, excluding national holidays.
Orders are processed only after payment is confirmed.
