Cold-smoked sturgeon fillet is a delicatessen product that is only made from large sturgeon fish. The so-called "kingfish" is prepared in our company according to an old Russian recipe: first the sturgeon is filleted by hand and then gently smoked over alder smoke. This processing protects all natural elements in the final product. Stör-Balyk has a delicate but dense texture, a pleasant spicy taste and aroma and is an exquisite appetizer as a sandwich or cold snack.
