The caviar is shipped frozen in its original packaging and arrives chilled. Frozen immediately after catch, it retains its freshness, flavor qualities and nutritional values.

Frozen caviar should be thawed in the refrigerator at a temperature of 0 to +6°C for 24 hours. Do not thaw at room temperature.

Store frozen product at a temperature not higher than -18°C. Store thawed caviar in the refrigerator at a temperature of 0°C to +6°C for no more than 21 days. After opening the package, store in the refrigerator at a temperature of 0°C to +6°C and consume within 48 hours.
